scaba’s annual Entertainment Contest will be held on Sunday 17th May at The Hawth Theatre in Crawley.
The contest will be held in 2 sections as in previous years – ‘A’ for 1st and Championship Section bands and ‘B’ for Youth, 3rd and 2nd Section bands.
Our adjudicator will be John Maines. John is a tutor and council member for NYGBB, a member of the Kapitol Music Panel and presenter of the online World of Brass Radio. John previously adjudicated at this contest in 2004.
The contest will be held in 2 sections as in previous years – ‘A’ for 1st and Championship Section bands and ‘B’ for Youth, 3rd and 2nd Section bands. Numbers are capped at 18 bands for the day and entries will be accepted on a first come/first served basis.
