The scaba team have been meeting over Zoom during this time of Lockdown. Our AGM, originally scheduled to take place earlier this month, will now be held online on the evening of Sunday 24th May.
The AGM will hear annual reports and elect Executive committee positions. We will also elect a new representative to the London & Southern Counties Regional Committee, to replace our Secretary who resigned her position last month. The meeting will be followed by an Open Forum which is an ideal opportunity for people to share thoughts and ideas about the future of our local bands and Association.
Member bands are encouraged to get involved and use their vote; their band secretaries/contest secretaries will receive official notice and an agenda 3 weeks before the meeting.
